One of the quieter benefits of Siel Bleu at Home is what happens over time. Classes run Monday to Friday, with over 10 sessions available each week. After a few weeks, you start to notice the same faces. You begin looking forward to a particular Tuesday session or Friday stretch class. Something for Every Level
Siel Bleu at Home offers five different class types, so there’s something for you no matter where you’re starting from. Seated Circuit is a full-body workout done entirely from a chair. Mobility and stretch are gentle and low intensity, great for loosening up tight joints and muscles. Strength and Balance, Circuit, and Strength Circuit bring more of a challenge for those who want it.

Getting started with online classes is straightforward. Browse the timetable on our website, book a class, and you’ll receive a Zoom link by email. You can also download the GloFox app to browse and book classes on the go. If you miss a class, don’t worry. All sessions are available to watch back for up to two weeks.
