“I have been accessing the exercises 3 or 4 times weekly since March 2020. As someone recovering from 2 serious spinal surgeries, I adjust some exercises to suit my condition, these fall (prevention) workouts and building on my walking has been a lifesaver for last year. Thank you all so much, a wonderful service, great times and fab trainers.”

Siel Bleu At Home  brings our expert physical trainers into your own home via Live Classes, ensuring you can get the benefits of exercising, while staying safe. To join our group live zoom classes just follow the link and book

In Your Own Home

"It's not just for your body, or your physical shape - it's also for your mind, and to make you feel better about yourself and give yourself confidence and hope. I can do things; I can lift things; I can carry things; and I can live a normal life,"

Our One to One programmes are designed for people who would rather practice physical activity in your own home. We offer one to one classes both in person and online.

In person – Can’t travel to a community class or feel you could benefit from an in person experience? Then our at home One to One classes are just for you. Our expert trainers will travel to your home and guide you through an exercise programme tailored to meet your needs and work within your abilities. These sessions typically last 30 minutes and we encourage participation from family members or friends. To try a sample one to one class call 01 – 209 6889 or contact us.

Online – We’re delighted to offer One To One sessions with our expert physical trainers online. To avail of this please book via our online portal.
