We have 5 class types to choose from

Strength & Balance

A combination of both Strength & Balance exercises designed to challenge the body & mind. Weights can be used in this class.

Circuit Class

A circuit based approach to a full body workout. Working for set times/repetitions to maximise class time. Weights can be used in this class.

Mobility & Stretch

A low intensity class with the purpose of hitting those under used joints and stretching out your muscles.

Strength Circuit

This class will focus on strength exercises for the whole body. Weights can be used in this class. Recommended for the fitter older adult.

Seated Circuit

Combining strength, aerobic and mobility exercises to give you a full body workout from a seated position. Weights can be used in this class.

To join any of our classes see the timetable below. Once you click “book” you’ll be prompted to either log into your account or register as a new user. You can then purchase your membership and book into as many classes as you’d like.
