Information for Health Care Professionals

Are you working with an older adult, a group of people living with a chronic disease, or have a patient who you think could benefit from professional exercise classes? Then you’re in the right place.

We make our programmes as inclusive as possible, and while there is no need to “refer” a person for them to join in, we understand that it might be helpful for us to advise on which type of programme is best for the individual. As such, please feel free to complete this “referral form” (this will be a link to a google form) and we will be in touch with the participant shortly.

*All Siel Bleu participants are screened through a Par-Q form prior to joining the programmes.

At Siel Bleu Ireland we work with people who cannot access traditional exercise avenues for any number of physical or cognitive reasons. Typically we work with older adults, people living with physical or intellectual disabilities and people living with chronic disease.

For individuals living at home we have three options

  1. Exercising with us online
  2. Private sessions in people’s own homes
  3. Exercising in group settings in the community.

For more information about these options please visit “For Individuals” page.

  • Online – just go ahead and book a session
  • Private Homes – Contact us and we can set up a sample session
  • In the Community – People are free to drop in to any of the classes listed on our website (all community classes currently suspended due to Covid-19)

While referrals are not strictly required, you are welcome to email with the contact information for your patient and we will be in touch with them
