Grainne has an honours degree in Sports Science and Health from the Technological University Dublin. She is also currently studying to become a certified dietician. She has a keen interest in strength and conditioning. Grainne joined Siel Bleu in September 2021 and her favourite part about the job is helping to improve people’s health and fitness, in addition to being very rewarding and enjoyable at the same time.
Waterford
Darren started working with Siel Bleu on the HAPPIER back in 2013. A keen soccer coach for 15 years, Darren holds a Masters in Sports Psychology.

Patrick has a Hons BSc in Sport Therapy from Portobello Institute which allows him to have a functional outlook on physical exercise. He has over 10 years experience from home to abroad as a therapist and trainer. This provides him with a caring upfront approach so that participants reach their targets.
Dublin West
Tina was the first Siel Bleu Ireland Physical Trainer, delivering the pilot project in 2011. Tina’s personal skills and expertise has made her invaluable to Siel Bleu and to every participant she works with each week.

Kate recently graduated with an honours degree in Sports Science and Health from Technological University Dublin. She has always had an interest in health and fitness coming from a swimming background. She is currently completing a personal training course. Kate really enjoys working with people, especially the older population.

Matt is a Certified Special Population Specialist and has a Bachelors degree in Sports Strength & Conditioning, where he learned all things training and coaching. Matt joined Siel Bleu Ireland in February 2020, and his favourite part of working with Siel bleu is having a positive impact on people’s lives, giving them an opportunity to enjoy their hobbies and live their life to the fullest. Matt is always happy to answer any questions regarding training, exercise, and all things fitness.
Olive started working with Siel Bleu in early 2017, taking over the administration and office management.
Marketing and Communications Officer
Sarah has graduated from the Michael Smurfit Business School – UCD Dublin with a MSc in Digital Marketing. She has contributed to multiple brands and their growth on social media, branded content creation and strategy. She is also a trained singer and loves to write and travel.
Siel Bleu At Home Coordinator
My favourite part of the job is that with everything that’s going on I love being able to stay connected online with those that had been doing my classes in person as well and the amazing response of new people taking the time to join us in our classes. Its always been rewarding doing what we do but lately it means so much more I think to both those taking part and for us as trainers!
Thomas has been working with Siel Bleu since early 2013, starting as a part time trainer and working to National Manager.
Thomas gets great job satisfaction from improving the lives of Ireland’s older adults.
Development Officer
Cormac has an undergraduate degree from LIT in Strength and Conditioning and a Masters degree from UCD in Coaching Science. He’s also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and a Certified Nutritionist (MNU). He’s been with Siel Bleu since September of 2019 and finds the most satisfying part of the job is seeing people’s physical abilities improve so they can continue to do the things they love. As Development Officer Cormac’s ambition is to spread our service to as many people as possible to help them achieve their goals.
Brand & Communications Intern
Zack joined the Siel Bleu team from New York to help out during his gap year before attending Susquehanna University for Graphic Design in the fall. Before joining Siel Bleu, Zack helped coach his former track team and has been a competing member of Varsity Track & Field for 4 years. He hopes to continue running at University.
Michael has his Honours degree from the Athlone Institute of Technology in Sport Science with Exercise Physiology. He began working with Siel Bleu in June of 2019

Dublin South/North Wicklow
Deborah graduated from Waterford IT with a degree in Exercise & Health and is happy to be working for Siel Blue in Dublin South and North Wicklow
Sinéad is working with Siel Bleu as a part-time trainer in South Dublin/North Wicklow. She has an undergraduate degree in Psychology and is currently studying Sports Therapy. Sinéad also teaches dance classes and has been dancing for several years.
Brand & Comms Manager
With a background in Business specialising in services management, Carla began working with Siel Bleu Ireland in 2011 as a volunteer and soon became a full time employee.
Carla was instrumental in the development of Siel Bleu At Home, our online offering, and has been shortlisted for Business Woman of the Year twice (2016, 2019) for her work with Siel Bleu Ireland.
