With everything that’s going on I’m loving staying connected with those that had been doing my classes in person as well and the amazing response of new people taking the time to join us in our classes. Its always been rewarding doing what we do but lately it means so much more I think to both those taking part and for us as trainers!

I started with Siel Bleu Ireland in 2016 as a part time Physical Trainer and am now the full time Development Officer. The work we do on a day to day basis is life-changing both physically and mentally for the people we work with. We have managed to create something special which mixes rehabilitation and social groups in one. The classes are always full of hard work and laughter and no two groups are alike. One of the best experiences I’ve had with Siel Bleu is being there as a support system with a lady who told me she was now fitter than she was before she got cancer. A powerful message.
