Up & Go



Our Up & Go programme is a walking group with a difference. We don’t just “walk” with you, our trainer takes full use of the outdoor space and makes stops along the way to do functional exercises. It’s a fun and spirited group session in which we take advantage of the urban space, using stairs, slopes, bars and walls as tools for physical activity.
