AROUND THE TABLE
Nursing Home activity for residents with high levels of dementia or Alzheimer’s disease and restricted mobility.
Our Around the Table programme is designed for the most dependent nursing homes residents. Our expert physical trainers guide a small group of residents through an activity programme, which takes place around a table. The trainer will give small instructions and work with residents to stimulate motor and communication skills.
DESIGNED FOR
- Residents with high cognitive impairment and mobility issues
- Groups of 6 – 8 participants
- Maximum 45 minute session

- Working a variety of joints and muscles to promote smooth movement
- Exercises that mirror everyday activities e.g. dressing, washing eating
- Improving strength and stability in legs, core, arms, hands, shoulders
