Our Chair Gym community programme is designed for older adults who would like to gain the benefits of a full body workout but is concerned about not being able to participate in a standing class. The beauty of this programme is that it takes place from a seated position. Don’t underestimate the benefits of a seated programme, our trainers will still work with you to improve balance, flexibility, resistance and strength.
