    Sound advice. I happen to be have been the recipient of it in my early stages with Paul about 17 months ago and benefited greatly from his training when I was in the throes of recovering from radio and chemotherapy. I am now happy to say my progress since then has been wonderful – a bit erratic at times but I can do so much now that I couldn’t do in the autumn of 2016. Squats, press-ups, boxing…!!!!

    Thanks Paul and now Craig; you are both responsible for my present physical and psychological well-being!
